Rwanda Cooperation’s customised training programmes are developed and facilitated by experts from the repository institutions of Rwanda’s innovative initiatives selected by requesting partners. When necessary, these experts collaborate with expert consultants from the private sector to moderate the trainings.
Rwanda Cooperation customizes training programmes to fit the specific needs of requesting partners. Our trainings often comprise:
Packages offered in Training Programmes
Interactive sessions with industry experts
These sessions provide a pathway for sharing experiences of implementation at all levels of innovative initiatives in the public sector. These sessions vary in nature, ranging from keynotes to panel discussions
Visits to sector-relevant institutions
These visits enable experience sharing on implementation of innovative initiatives in a specific area of interest. Through them, participants gain technical know-how through first hand observation of the innovative policies in action, and they get an opportunity to exchange experience and skills with experts in the area of interest.
Dialogues with present and former senior public servants
Through dialogues with current and past public servants and policymakers, participants in our training programmes have the opportunity to get in-depth insights on the challenges that gave birth to Rwanda’s various innovative policies, and the reforms and strategies that were undertaken to achieve current concrete successes.
